MediaTek announces Helio G70 chip to support low-cost gaming phones


MediaTek introduced the company's latest Helio G70 processor chipset, which will support the following versions of low-cost and mid-range gaming phones.

MediaTek is poised to support the next generation of low-end gaming phones as the Helio G70 processor with a 12-nanometer manufacturing officially launched, the chip has two Cortex-A75 2 and six-core A55 cores.

The Helio G70 chip has the same unique parameters as the company's Helio G90 processor chip, which uses the company's new A76 range and has a higher speed higher than the A75.

Helio G70 chip also supports eMMC 5.1 storage, so individual UFS capacity doesn't support faster performance. The chip also supports 820 MHz Mali-G52 2EEMC2 graphics card.

The Helio G70 processor chip also supports 1080p resolution in mobile phones and 21: 9 screen size. MediaTech confirmed that the processor delivers stable gaming performance by controlling the processing speed of the graphics card and the computer processor.

The chip has a "wake-up sound" function that can be used to activate digital assistants with minimal energy consumption. The ISP also provides a Helio G70 processor chip to support 48-megapixel sensors with Quad Bayer technology or two 16-megapixel sensors; the second sensor has a wide viewing angle or supports a phone or macro.

The processor chip also supports artificial intelligence to improve the camera's in-camera function, scene identification and recognition, or scene image identification. The chip also supports 1080p video recording at 60fps, so many companies will not expand media usage. One version of the chip was said to support smartphones at $ 145.
