According to the German Focus magazine, Apple has sent a letter to block publication, to prevent the book from being published by a former director of the German App Store.

Tom Sadowski worked with Apple in marketing iTunes in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for ten years, then was responsible for the German App Store until November 2019. The book was written in German with the title (App Store) secret, according to his LinkedIn page.
