How to share your Apple Card transactions with funding apps

Apple released the Apple Card in cooperation with Goldman Sachs on March 25, 2019. Apple recently added support to share monthly financial transactions with third-party budget apps to protect most of your data.

Since you cannot easily connect an Apple Card to the budget service that other banks and credit cards love, you must export your monthly expenses via a CSV file "comma separated values" or "OFX". You can use it with your personal finance application. In this section, you will learn how to export transactions from an Apple card to import into a home financing or application.

To export Apple Card transactions to a table:

  • Open the (Wallet) app on your iPhone.
  • Click your Apple card.
  • Click (Credit Card).
  • Select the monthly statement you want to export.
  • Click (Export Transaction).
  • Select (CSV) or (OFX), both of which support most OFX financial applications.
  • Choose how you want to save the sharing plan files.

This creates a file, if supported, that can be imported into your preferred budget or financing plan. Each company has a different method of importing transactions. For more information, see the user guide. For more information, see Personal Finance App. If this option does not appear in the financing application. Check with your company whether the import is certified or not.
