Samsung decides to close its S Voice Assistant

Samsung announced that it will shut down S Voice later this year, which has begun to compete with Apple's digital assistant (Siri). However, this does not seem to be the case.

The South Korean company has published a support page on its website. The message says that S Voice (which was first introduced in 2012 with the Galaxy S3 smartphone) will not be available after June 1.

Experts from 9to5Google-Google News and Android devices note that Samsung Voice Assistant has limited functions and only reminders and calls, but it cannot answer questions like other digital assistants like Siri and Google Assistant).

And since Samsung realized the S Voice flaws at an early stage compared to its competitors, it launched the Bixby voice assistant (Galaxy S8) and the Galaxy S8 in 2017, but this did not satisfy the user and did not reach the level of competition.

It should be noted that some Samsung devices (especially mobile devices) will continue to use S Voice Assistant and Samsung will update it to (Bixby) later this year.
