IOGEAR Single Port USB 2.0 Portable Print Server allows any network computer to share USB printers. Complies with USB 2.0 specification (backward compatible with USB 1.1 specification) and provides users with an Ethernet auto-detection port that can be used with 10Base-T or 100Base-T networks. It supports multiple protocols and operating systems and integrates an IPP (Internet Printing Protocol) print server that allows users to print from any computer over LAN / WAN or the Internet using the URL of the specified device.
With the built-in web management function, users can configure, monitor and even reset the print server through a web browser for added convenience. It is not necessary to place the printer near the computer. Sending a print job to a printer in another country is as easy as sending to a printer in the same office.
