Plug and play, no need to install optical drive. * Make sure that your computer's antivirus or firewall allows the USB modem driver to be installed, otherwise it will not work as a USB modem. The 4g USB modem does not include a SIM card, users need to buy a NANO SIM card from their local carrier to use this device.

- Our 4G Routers/Modems only support valid global SIM cards. Some SIM cards are blocked, or contracts with SIM cards that the operator does not allow on WiFi routers, or they only allow use on their authorized devices. This product may not be available. (If your SIM card can't access the Internet, you usually replace the Global SIM with another carrier and that's okay). The router will automatically detect most SIM cards and APNs. If not, the user has to enter the APN information manually.
