Better battery life:
The Pixel Watch's battery life isn't ideal, and the watch only runs for 24 hours, which isn't practical, especially for those interested in tracking sleep.
Also, the Pixel Watch is not compatible with Qi-certified chargers, and you cannot use reverse wireless charging from a Pixel phone.
Improvements in battery life and compatibility with different chargers will give the Pixel Watch 2 a huge boost.
Health and fitness tracking improvements:
With Fitbit integration, the Pixel Watch provides the average user with a good health and fitness tracking experience. On the other hand, its price is high enough to get a more powerful feature set. Comparatively priced smartwatches offer more advanced tools like temperature sensors, continuous SpO2 (blood oxygen levels) monitoring, and detailed and accurate exercise data.
Plus, brands like Apple, Samsung, and Garmin are constantly adding new health and fitness tracking features, and more. So it's good to see more developments in the Pixel Watch 2's health and fitness tracking capabilities
Add a new size and color:
The Google Pixel Watch measures 41mm and there is expected to be a larger model this year. For example: 44mm, this size is very suitable for those who like to wear large watches.
The current generation is only available in Champagne Gold, Matte Black, or Polished Silver, and Google is expected to offer more color options on the second-generation watch.
