Honor Pad 10 Launched: 12.1-Inch Screen, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, and a 10,100mAh Battery

Honor has officially unveiled its latest mid-range tablet, the Honor Pad 10, combining a sleek design with robust hardware to compete in the crowded tablet market. The device, now listed on Honor’s global website, boasts a spacious 12.1-inch display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, and a massive 10,100mAh battery—positioning it as a versatile option for productivity and entertainment.

A Screen Built for Immersion
The Pad 10’s standout feature is its 12.1-inch LCD screen with a 2560x1600 resolution, offering sharp visuals and vibrant colors. With a 120Hz refresh rate, scrolling and gaming feel fluid, while its TÜV Rheinland-certified eye comfort technology reduces blue light for extended reading or binge-watching sessions. Honor claims the display covers 100% of the sRGB color gamut, making it a solid pick for creatives.

Performance Meets Efficiency
Under the hood, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset promises a balance of power and efficiency. Built on a 4nm process, the processor supports 5G connectivity (region-dependent) and handles multitasking smoothly, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Whether gaming or streaming, users can expect minimal lag and improved thermal management for sustained performance.

All-Day Battery Life
The 10,100mAh battery is one of the largest in its class, promising up to 15 hours of video playback. Coupled with 35W fast charging, the Pad 10 can juice up from 0 to 50% in just 35 minutes, according to Honor.

Software and Features
Running MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14, the tablet supports multi-window multitasking, a “Second Screen” feature for laptop integration, and stylus compatibility (sold separately). Four stereo speakers tuned by Hi-Res Audio enhance media consumption, while a 13MP rear camera and 8MP front lens cater to casual photography and video calls.

Pricing and Availability
The Honor Pad 10 starts at $399 for the 6GB+128GB variant, with higher configurations priced accordingly. It will roll out first in Europe and Asia later this month, followed by other regions.

Honor’s Expanding Ecosystem
The launch coincides with Honor’s broader push into diverse tech categories. Rumors hint at the Honor 400 Pro, a smartphone tipped to feature a curved display and 200MP primary camera. Meanwhile, the Honor Pad GT, unveiled last month, targets gamers with a 144Hz display and advanced cooling.

With the Pad 10, Honor aims to strike a balance between affordability and premium features, challenging rivals like Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Xiaomi’s Redmi Pad Pro. For users seeking a large-screen tablet without breaking the bank, this could be a compelling pick.
