Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra: New Leak Purports to Confirm Battery and Charging Specs

Rumors about Samsung’s upcoming flagship tablet, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, have been swirling for months, but a fresh leak may have just revealed key details about its battery capacity and charging speeds. According to a recent certification listing, the device could pack a massive battery with support for faster charging than its predecessor.

Bigger Battery, Faster Charging?

A listing from SGS Fimko, a global certification body, suggests that the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will feature an 11,200mAh battery—slightly larger than the 11,092mAh cell in the Tab S9 Ultra. More notably, the certification hints at 45W fast charging support, a significant upgrade from the 25W charging on the current model.

If accurate, this would put Samsung’s tablet closer to rivals like the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro, which already offers 67W charging. While 45W may not be the fastest in the market, it should still provide a substantial reduction in charging times for such a large battery.

What Else to Expect?

Previous leaks suggest the Tab S11 Ultra will feature:

  • 14.6-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate
  • The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or an Exynos 2400 chipset (depending on the region)
  • An upgraded S Pen with lower latency
  • IP68 water and dust resistance (a rarity for tablets)

Samsung is expected to unveil the device alongside the Galaxy S24 series in early 2024. If you're looking to upgrade, the current Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is still a powerhouse—and prices may drop once the new model arrives.
