The Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus in its three global launch colours

Tech leakers are having a field day with Xiaomi’s upcoming Redmi Note series. Hot on the heels of benchmark sightings, new and credible information has surfaced detailing the global variants of not one, but three Redmi Note 15 models. The most detailed leak yet focuses on the flagship of the trio: the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus 5G.

Following a report from Ytechb that outlined specifications and European pricing, trusted tipster Sparkandy has now listed the device on their website, seemingly confirming key details. According to the listing, the global Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus will arrive in classic Black, vibrant Glacier Blue, and a sophisticated Mocha Brown. Buyers will also get a choice between 256GB and 512GB of storage.

For the latest and most detailed listing, including potential pre-order information, you can check out the source directly at Sparkandy.

What’s Inside the Global Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus?

As often happens with Xiaomi's global releases, the device appears to be a strategic blend of the new Chinese model and its predecessor. The cornerstone is the stunning 6.83-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with a sharp 2,772 x 1,280 pixel resolution and an eye-searing 3,200 nits peak brightness—a spec that remains unchanged and best-in-class.

Under the hood, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset will provide the power, paired with up to 12GB of RAM. The camera system sees a similar mix: the capable 200MP main sensor, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro camera from the global Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus are carried over. However, the selfie shooter gets an upgrade to the 32MP front-facing camera found on the Chinese Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus.

The battery is where things get particularly interesting. The global model is set to pack a massive 6,500 mAh battery. That’s a significant 1,390 mAh increase over the global Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus, promising exceptional endurance. However, it does represent a 500 mAh decrease from the even larger cell in the Chinese variant.

The Charging Compromise and a Missing Brick

This larger battery comes with a trade-off in charging speed. While the phone supports incredibly fast 100W wired charging, it’s a step down from the 120W charging of the previous global model. The combination of a 27% larger battery and slightly slower charging will likely mean slightly longer plug-in times overall.

In a move that will disappoint many, Sparkandy’s listing also confirms that Xiaomi is following an industry trend: the charging brick will not be included in the box. Users will need to provide their own compatible fast charger or purchase one separately.

If you're looking for a deal on the outgoing model before the new one launches, the Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus is still available on Amazon.

Pricing and Availability

According to the leaks, the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus will start at approximately €499 for the 256GB model, with the 512GB variant priced at around €529. This positions it as a premium mid-range contender, banking on its superb display, huge battery, and high-resolution main camera to stand out.

While Xiaomi has yet to announce an official launch date, the flurry of consistent leaks suggests a global unveiling could be just around the corner. As always, we recommend treating these details as strong rumours until the official event, but the picture forming is undeniably exciting for battery-life enthusiasts.
