| The green Vivo X300 FE might be exclusive to India. |
It's been just over a month since Vivo quietly unveiled the X300 FE in Russia, a device that is essentially a rebadged version of the China-exclusive Vivo S50 Pro Mini. While the phone was initially announced in three elegant colorways—Cool Purple, Graphite Black, and Moonlight White—a fresh leak suggests that its upcoming launch in India will introduce a brand-new shade to the lineup.
According to a leak by well-known tipster Yogesh Brar, in collaboration with Smartprix, the Vivo X300 FE is expected to arrive in India very soon, specifically during the first week of May. While the Indian model will retain the three-color approach seen in Russia, one of those options is set to be a striking, India-exclusive green.
The exclusive report from Smartprix provides a clear look at this new "Dark Green" variant. The leaked image reveals a deep, sophisticated emerald tone that covers the entire back panel. In a design choice that reinforces the phone's cohesive aesthetic, even the prominent horizontal camera bar on the rear matches this rich green hue. Aside from this new color, all internal specifications are expected to remain identical to the global version already on sale.
A Pocket-Sized Powerhouse with Top-Tier Specs
Don't let the "Fan Edition" moniker fool you; the X300 FE is a compact smartphone packed with flagship-level hardware. At its core lies a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display that features a sharp 1.5K resolution (2640 x 1216) and an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate that can scale down to 1Hz to save battery.
Speaking of battery, this is where the Vivo X300 FE truly stands out from the crowd. Despite its compact form factor, the device houses a massive 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery. This is complemented by 90W wired fast charging and 40W fast wireless charging, ensuring you're never tethered to an outlet for long.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The device runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, and Vivo has committed to providing 5 years of OS updates and 7 years of security patches, making it a future-proof investment.
A Versatile Camera System
The camera setup is equally impressive. The rear features a horizontal visor housing a 50MP primary Sony IMX921 sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies and video calls, the front houses a 50MP wide-angle camera. The phone also boasts an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and an impressive IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
Pricing and Availability in India
While Vivo has yet to officially confirm the launch, the leaks point toward a May 2026 debut. The Russian variant currently retails with a starting price of approximately RUB 60,124 (roughly ₹71,000) for the 12GB/256GB model. We can expect the Indian pricing to be similar when the phone arrives in Black, Purple, and the exclusive new Green colorways.
