iQoo Neo 11 Ultra Launched in China: A Gaming Powerhouse with MediaTek Dimensity 9500M and Massive 9,100 mAh Battery

The Neo 11 Ultra features a large 9,100 mAh battery

Vivo's performance-driven sub-brand, iQoo, has just unleashed its latest flagship-killer smartphone, the iQoo Neo 11 Ultra, in the Chinese market. Targeted squarely at mobile gamers and power users, this device is packed with cutting-edge hardware that promises to deliver an uncompromising experience without breaking the bank.

MediaTek Dimensity 9500M and Dedicated Gaming Chip

At the heart of the iQoo Neo 11 Ultra lies the MediaTek Dimensity 9500M processor. For those keeping track, this is a slightly tweaked version of the flagship Dimensity 9500, featuring one fewer GPU core to balance performance and thermals. Despite this minor reduction, the chipset is more than capable of handling intensive gaming sessions, AI tasks, and multitasking with ease.

The processor is paired with up to 16 GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512 GB UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring lightning-fast app launches and file transfers. But that's not all—the device also includes a dedicated Q2 gaming chip, which intelligently upscales games to 2K resolution, delivering sharper visuals and smoother frame rates.

The iQoo Neo 11 Ultra come in three color options
Display, Cooling, and Battery Life

The smartphone boasts a massive 6.83-inch Visionox F2 LTPS AMOLED display that supports a sharp 3200 x 1440 pixel resolution and a buttery-smooth 144 Hz refresh rate. With a peak brightness of 4,500 nits, outdoor visibility is a breeze even under harsh sunlight.

To keep the phone cool during marathon gaming sessions, iQoo has integrated an 8K Ice Dome 3D VC liquid cooling system, which efficiently dissipates heat from the processor and GPU. This ensures stable performance without throttling, even when playing graphically demanding titles.

Battery life is another standout feature. The iQoo Neo 11 Ultra packs a massive 9,100 mAh silicon-carbon battery—one of the largest in its class—that easily lasts through a full day of heavy usage. When it's time to recharge, 100 W wired charging gets you back in action quickly. If you're looking for a compatible charger, you can grab the Anker Nano 100 W charger currently priced at $35.99 on Amazon (check it out here). However, wireless charging is notably absent, which might disappoint some users.

Camera System and Build Quality

On the photography front, the Neo 11 Ultra features a dual rear camera setup headlined by a 50 MP primary sensor and an 8 MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies and video calls, there's a 16 MP front-facing camera. While the camera hardware may not rival dedicated flagship photography devices, it's more than adequate for everyday shots and social media content.

The device is built with an aviation-grade aluminum frame, giving it a premium feel and enhanced durability. It also carries IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, making it resistant to splashes and even high-pressure water jets—a rare feature in this price segment.

Additional Features and Availability

Other notable features include an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers for immersive audio, an infrared sensor for remote control functionality, and a 400 Hz gyroscope that delivers precise vibration feedback for an enhanced gaming experience.

The iQoo Neo 11 Ultra comes in Wind Chaser, Black, and White colorways. Pricing starts at CNY 3,399 (~$563)** for the base 12 GB + 256 GB variant, while the top-tier 16 GB + 512 GB model retails at **CNY 4,399 (~$652). Buyers in China can grab it directly from Vivo's official store (visit here).

As of now, iQoo has not announced any official plans for international availability, but given the brand's growing global presence, a wider rollout may follow in the coming months.
