A new leak from reliable tipster Digital Chat Station suggests Xiaomi is preparing a major tablet lineup refresh with three distinct models sporting display sizes up to 13.3 inches.
Xiaomi's upcoming Pad 9 series could include three models, according to a new Digital Chat Station leak. The leak lists three model numbers along with their reported display sizes and charging speeds, signaling what could be the company's most ambitious tablet launch to date.
| Model Number | Display Size | Charging Speed |
|---|---|---|
| M656BA | 11.2-inch | 45W |
| 2612CRPFFC | 12.5-inch | 67W |
| M367FC | 13.3-inch | 120W |
Digital Chat Station suggests that the three models could launch as the Xiaomi Pad 9, Pad 9 Pro and Pad 9 Pro Max, respectively. Xiaomi has not confirmed these names or the reported specifications, so tech enthusiasts should approach this information with cautious optimism.

M367FC Could Be the Pad 9 Pro Max
M367FC is the most interesting of the three models. It is now listed with a 13.3-inch display and 120W charging, which would make it one of the fastest-charging tablets on the market and significantly larger than most competing devices.
Earlier coverage identified M367FC as the Xiaomi Pad 8S Pro, based on a leak that associated it with a 12.5-inch display and 120W charging. We reported those details earlier this month, but the latest information instead links the model number to a possible Pad 9 Pro Max with a 13.3-inch screen. Xiaomi has not confirmed either identification, so it remains unclear which tablet M367FC will ultimately become.
Meanwhile, 2612CRPFFC is listed with a 12.5-inch display and 67W charging. We previously covered its 3C certification and its reported connection to the Pad 9 Pro. M656BA has also appeared in earlier coverage. It received 3C certification with a 45W charging adapter and was previously linked to the standard Pad 9.
For context, the current Xiaomi Pad 8 has an 11.2-inch display. We reviewed the Pad 8 earlier, so the rumored model would be a noticeably larger tablet that could potentially compete with premium offerings from Apple and Samsung.
Xiaomi Pad 9 Series Launch Date
Digital Chat Station suggests that Xiaomi could launch the three tablets in September 2026 alongside its next flagship 18 series smartphones. If true, this would position the Pad 9 series as a premium companion device to Xiaomi's next-generation handsets. So far, no other specifications have been reported for M367FC, leaving questions about processors, camera systems, and battery capacities unanswered.
The rumored September 2026 timeline gives Xiaomi plenty of time to finalize hardware and software optimizations, potentially including Android 16-based HyperOS improvements that could leverage the larger screen real estate across all three models.
Tech analysts will be watching closely to see if the charging speeds translate to actual battery capacity gains, as 120W charging on a tablet would be unprecedented. For now, consumers interested in the Xiaomi Pad 9 series will need to wait for official confirmation from the company.
