Amazon has expanded its October lineup of free games for Prime members on Luna, the service formerly known as Prime Gaming. After adding two titles last week, the company has now added four more games for subscribers to claim and add to their libraries. Technically, that means three new offers—because one of them is a bundle containing two titles—but the result is the same: more free games for Prime members to enjoy.
If you’re a Prime member, you can download and play these games through Luna. As always, the key is to claim them before they rotate out. Here’s a closer look at what’s new, what’s worth playing first, and why this month’s lineup has something for almost every type of player.
Botany Manor: A Cozy Puzzle Game With a Victorian Twist
First up is Botany Manor, available through the Epic Games Store. This is a relaxing first-person puzzle game set in England in 1890. You play as Arabella Greene, a retired botanist who is trying to complete her research book, Forgotten Flora.
To finish it, you’ll explore a large Victorian manor and its surrounding gardens while figuring out how to grow different rare plants. Each plant requires specific conditions, so you’ll need to search rooms for clues found in books, letters, posters, and various objects. The puzzles are less about rushing and more about observation, making Botany Manor a great fit for players who enjoy slower, thoughtful games.
There’s also a story layer beneath the gardening. As you help Arabella complete her work, you learn more about her career and the challenges she faced as a female scientist during the 19th century. DOOM + DOOM II Brings the Classics Back With Modern Upgrades
The next addition is DOOM + DOOM II, available through GOG. This package bundles enhanced versions of id Software’s two landmark first-person shooters, and it is absolutely packed with content.

Each round gives you resources that can be used to strengthen your army and improve your chances in upcoming battles. The game also includes more than 110 unique cards, over 100 missions, and three playable factions: The Duchy, The Republic, and The Order. If you like roguelites, deckbuilders, or puzzle games that make you think several moves ahead, Drop Duchy is the wild card in this month’s lineup.
