| The Doogee Note60 W looks suspiciously similar to the Huawei Pura X View |
Doogee’s latest wide-screen phone is here — and it arrives with a design that will look very familiar to anyone who has seen Huawei’s Pura X View.
The Doogee Note60 W series has made its debut at the 140th Canton Fair in Guangzhou, according to DOOGEE’s official WeChat announcement. The phone is on display in Hall 20.2 at booths G59–G64.
The official post confirms a 6.38-inch wide-format display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a 6,500mAh battery, an 8.4mm-thin body and Android 17 out of the box. Doogee has not yet confirmed the panel type, aspect ratio or resolution, though an LCD is expected.

The Huawei Pura X View resemblance is hard to miss
The bigger story may be the launch poster. According to Notebookcheck’s report, Doogee’s promotional image follows Huawei’s official Pura X View artwork almost shot for shot.
Both images show a red phone held in two hands, with the back on the left and the front on the right. Both feature a horizontal racetrack-shaped camera module, three lenses, a flash, a striped rear texture, a vertical logo in the lower-left corner and a red orb wallpaper.
The differences show up on closer inspection. The Note60 W has a noticeably thicker bottom bezel, while the Pura X View has uniform bezels on all four sides. Huawei’s lock screen also shows the stacked HarmonyOS clock, which is absent from Doogee’s render.
Doogee has not said the Note60 W is a copy of Huawei’s design, and the resemblance is currently visual rather than a confirmed hardware match. Still, the poster is likely to spark comparisons.

Why the Note60 W matters
Wide-format phones remain a niche, but they can appeal to users who read, browse or watch video in landscape more often than they play games. A 6.38-inch wide display, a 6,500mAh battery and Android 17 could make the Note60 W a practical everyday device — if the rest of the specs hold up.
Doogee has not announced the chipset, memory, camera setup, price or exact availability. The company says the phone should be available in the coming month.
For now, the Note60 W is a Canton Fair debut with a familiar face and a few key specs confirmed. The design comparison will get attention; the price and performance will decide whether it deserves it.
