If you're looking for a new action RPG to sink your teeth into without breaking the bank, Victor Vran might be exactly what you need. This gothic demon-hunting adventure is currently on sale for just $4.99 on Steam—a massive 75% discount from its usual $19.99 price tag.
But this deal won't stick around forever. According to SteamDB, the sale ends on October 19, 2026, so you'll want to grab it while you can.
What Makes Victor Vran Worth Your Time?
Victor Vran puts you in the boots of the titular demon hunter as you fight to protect the city of Zagoravia from a demonic invasion. The game features an isometric perspective with fast-paced, arcade-style combat that emphasizes dodging, jumping, and unleashing powerful abilities.

The game has earned an impressive 85% positive rating across 6,466 Steam reviews, landing it in the "Very Positive" category. Over on Metacritic, it holds a respectable Metascore of 75 and a user score of 7.5.

Free DLCs Add Even More Value
One thing that makes this deal even sweeter? Three DLCs come bundled for free with the base game:
- Tome of Souls – Introduces new weapon types and a spellcaster playstyle
- Highlander's Outfit – Adds new customization options for Victor
- Cauldron of Chaos – Brings a massive new map with randomized layouts and daily challenges
Should You Buy It?
Players consistently praise Victor Vran for its atmospheric environments and easy-to-pick-up gameplay. However, some critics note that the customization options feel somewhat limited, and the controls can take some getting used to. The gameplay may also become repetitive for some players as they progress.
If you're a fan of games like Diablo or Torchlight and don't mind a more streamlined experience, Victor Vran is an easy recommendation at this price point. The game also supports online co-op, so you can team up with friends to take down demons together.
