Google has released a new version of Google Chrome, which is a web browser for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, and iOS.  Version 79 includes built-in stolen password warnings and the ability to prevent phishing in real time.

This release enhances the security of the world's most popular browsers and opens the door to virtual reality delivery on the web.  You will also be notified if your password was stolen for a security breach, and when you connect to a compromised site, Chrome will display a warning to inform you of the vulnerability.

Your browser also recommends making changes every time you use black credentials.  This feature only works with sync passwords stored in Chrome browser.

The search giant introduced this feature in February as part of a password review on Google Accounts in October via a password verification plug-in.  The feature now has direct access to the browser and notifies you when browsing the internet.

Google stores hacked usernames and passwords from previous data breaches in a very encrypted format and uses a special method called nested private groups to link to hacked databases to find your username and password.
