Instagram is testing a feature to see the latest articles

An engineer (Jin Manchon Wong), known for discovering experimental features hidden in many applications and services, discovered that Instagram's photo-sharing service was testing a new feature used by users that could access the latest news.

Instagram has already started posting as important instead of time, but the new feature appears to be aimed at users interested in seeing their latest posts. The company calls this feature "latest news", which displays a popup on the home page and the latest content from your friends.

Wong engineers were able to access the new feature icon and take screenshots with Instagram app for Android. And in the popup that appears to users: "Welcome to your name! Find messages from [the names of the people you follow] and 9 other people." If users want to see these messages, they can click the "Show Test Message" or "Not Immediately" button.

It is worth noting that Instagram is displaying important releases rather than chronology in mid-2016. However, this step is not interesting for some network users. However, Instagram does not follow the old approach, but does offer a compromise by showing a notification to users confirming that they have reviewed all posts posted in the past 48 hours.
