| Facebook launches children's messenger in more than 70 new countries |
Facebook announced today (Wednesday) that Messenger Kids will be launched in more than 70 new countries, so more children who need more communication can use the app.
The Facebook Help page lists some countries where the app can be used, including Brazil, Japan and New Zealand, as well as dozens of other countries. The company also announced some changes to the app.
Facebook, which has the world's largest social network, launched Messenger Kids in the U.S. for the first time in 2017 and the app in Canada and Peru in 2018.

Facebook has also changed the way groups work, as parents will soon agree that adults (such as teachers or coaches) have group conversations, including their children.
