According to a new financial profile, Facebook spent more than $ 23 million on protection and air travel for CEO (Mark Zuckerberg) in 2019.

This amount is greater than the company's rejection of $ 20 million in 2018 and the company's rejection of $ 9.1 million in 2017.

The expenditures include approximately $ 10.5 million of Mark Zuckerberg's personal security expenditures at home and during personal trips, plus an additional $ 10 million to protect him and his family.

By comparison, Facebook spent about $ 9.95 million on security for Mark Zuckerberg, compared to $ 7.5 million in 2018.

Financial reports also show that Zuckerberg's private jets cost $ 2.95 million, while the company spent $ 2.59 million on Zuckerberg air travel in 2018 and $ 1.52 million in 2017.

Zuckerberg's annual salary is still $ 1 and all of these expenses are covered by "other Zuckerberg compensation".

Meanwhile, Sherrill Sandberg (Sherrill Sandberg), Facebook's chief operating officer, received a basic salary of just over $ 880,000 compared to $ 850,000 in 2018.

Sandberg also earned $ 900,000 in reward from $ 638,000 in 2018 and dividends of $ 19.67 million, while earning $ 18.42 million in promotions in 2018.

Facebook spent $ 4.37 million on personal security in Sandburg in 2019, compared to $ 2.9 million in 2018.

Financial reports indicate that the cost of Sandberg private plane reached $ 1.3 million in 2019, while the company spent $ 900,000 on air travel from Sandberg in 2018.

The social media giant said the cost includes the costs for passengers, fuel, crew, and groceries reported by the rental company.

Facebook announced four consecutive quarters of growth in 2019. Compared to the same period last year, sales in the fourth quarter increased 24.7%.
