Samsung begins pushing a new update to address the green color issue in the Galaxy S20 Ultra

The South Korean giant has launched new software updates for Galaxy S20 Ultra to tackle the green issue on some user screens.

Samsung withdrew the software update for Galaxy S20 Ultra in early April this week. Many users complained about a green error on the screen. Today, SamMobile confirmed that Samsung has launched new updates to address this issue.

Samsung has released a new update for the Galaxy S20 series. Its version is G98xBXXU1ATD3. This version was originally made available to users on the German market. The update is expected to extend to other markets in the future.

This update also addresses the green on screen for Galaxy S20 Ultra users. As a result, this update does not contain many changes and does not confirm this alignment to fix the slow loading problem. Some phones were detected in the April update.

It should be noted that the green screen problem of the Galaxy S20 Ultra occurs especially in devices with Exynos 990 processor chipset. In some applications, when the screen setting is set to 120 Hz and the screen setting, the brightness is less than 30%. This problem occurs.

Green issues also appear on the screens of a limited number of Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20 Plus phones (including Exynos chips).
