An Instagram bug that allows posting too long photos

There is an error in the Instagram photo and video sharing service that allows posting of very long pictures because the service generally does not allow posting photos that are over the length of the screen.

It appears that the Apple iOS service app is just an app that suffers from this error, so the app cannot crop long images before its release. However, there seem to be some exceptions, because extremely long images turn black and cannot be displayed as they appear, and long published pictures appear distorted.

On Android, Instagram doesn't seem to have an issue because it's always possible to crop the photo before posting. However, if a iOS app user posts a long photo, it will appear in the Android service app.
