Facebook disables many iOS apps

If you now have problems with the iOS app, Facebook deactivated the app again under iOS.

Many popular services like Spotify, Pinterest, Twitter, Viber, Venmo, Tinder and even the App Store have experienced technical difficulties.

According to (Down Detector), the exact number of affected users is not clear, but more than 15,000 people jointly report that they are inaccessible (Spotify, Pinterest, and Waze).

Most problems are related to iOS apps. So if you are having trouble accessing a service on your iPhone or iPad, you should know that Facebook is the reason to disable the service now.

According to a conversation on the Twitter platform, the Facebook SDK for iOS caused the affected service to crash on startup. A quick look at the status of the Facebook page now shows that the company is processing (iOS SDK) (error rate increasing).

Facebook Status Dashboard message says "We are aware of downtime and are investigating a bug in the iOS SDK that could cause some apps to freeze."

It is not the first time that Facebook has disabled iOS apps on iPhone and iPad as there is no information about when these apps will work. We will publish more news on this topic as soon as possible.
