(Epic Games) said: (Fortnite: Save the World) will not be playable on (macOS) as of September 23; Because Apple is preventing the game from receiving new updates.

The game was originally released as a paid and early version in 2017. The most popular free Fortnite Battle Royale game can still be played on a Mac.

(Epic Games) said: Apple is blocking new updates and fixes for the MacN version of Fortnite: Save the World.

She added: "The upcoming update on other platforms will cause errors and a very bad experience for players who keep the current version."

In late August, Apple canceled the Epic Games developer account, which means users cannot download or reinstall games developed by (Epic Games) (including Fortnite) and Epic Games can no longer verify the accuracy of the distribution's update.

The company announced that it will return all purchases of (Founder) or (Starter) packages and play (macOS) (Fortnite: Save the World) between September 17, 2019 and September 17, 2020.

The company will also refund any V-Bucks or Llamas purchased on Macs since September 17, 2019. However, players may have to wait until October 2 to get their refund.

Users do not need to submit a refund request as the request is automatically approved and the player's account will still contain the virtual currency (V-Bucks) and the items they have purchased.

(Epic Games) stated that version 14.20 all the time brings bugs to Mac users who stumble upon version 13.40 as Apple prevents them from correcting their games in macOS.

At the same time, (Epic Games) leads players on other platforms such as (Nintendo Switch), (PlayStation 4) and (Xbox One) as well as on Android devices, and clearly for their versions of Fortnite running Windows.

After Apple removed Fortnite, Apple and (Epic Games) are currently engaged in a political battle (App Store). He said the game violated digital business guidelines by adding a built-in payment mechanism.

A federal judge ruled three weeks ago that Apple could not terminate access (Epic Games) to Unreal Game Engine developer tools on the Apple platform, but the judge did not order Apple to return Fortnite to the App Store.
