KFC created a gaming platform capable of heating chickens

KFC and Cooler Master launched a barrel game platform that can make chicken hot as well.

The fast food chain has created a new game console with a built-in chicken room to keep the chickens warm while they play.

KFC said in a statement that KFC and Cooler Master developed KFConsole, a high-end gaming platform whose components are made by companies such as Intel, Asus and Seagate.

The fast food chain has reported that the KFConsole platform can run games at 240fps and 4K resolution. This is more than the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X can do. Also play virtual reality games.

The platform is like a bucket and has a cooling system that transfers heat from the ingredients to the house, which helps keep the equipment cool and warm the chickens.

Kentucky Fried Chicken said: The bucket stand features the world's first compact chicken coop that keeps ingredients hot and ready to eat during intense play.

The price and release date for KFConsole have not been announced. Cooler Master said: The platform includes an Intel Nuc 9 Extreme Compute, two Seagate BarraCuda 1TB SSD storage drives, and a hot-swappable Nvidia GPU developed by Asus.

"The device can also perform to the highest specification of the game in addition to reheating your meals, so you can enjoy the gaming experience," said Mark Schiffers, Director of Public Relations and Social Media, KFC UK. United and Ireland.

"If Sony or Microsoft would like to make suggestions for chicken coop design in the next step, we invite them to contact them."

"When KFC Games contacted us to create KFConsole, we found an opportunity to participate in the games console war," said Stephen James, Global Outreach Director for Cooler Master.

He added: KFConsole is specially designed for gamers, and the last thing we want is for everyone to feel hungry to play.
