Bodum 1928-01 Chambord French Press coffee maker, 34 oz, black

A true classic Chambord French coffee machine from the 1950s. Plus, we're still producing it using the same laborious process as the original. The steel frame and cover are chrome plated multiple times for a glossy and durable finish that can be used for many years. The only difference in the production process since the 1950s is our commitment to the highest environmentally friendly manufacturing standards, which is especially important in the chrome plating process. Chambord's black polypropylene handle has a matte finish, which not only gives you a comfortable grip during use, but also adds to the classic quality of the design. The French Media System has always been the easiest and last way to make quality coffee. Using freshly ground coffee beans in water between 92 and 96 ° C brings the best coffee.

Bodum Chambord French Press coffee maker

CHAMBORD is a truly original machine - a classic French coffee maker developed in the 1950s to commemorate the famous French Chambord (Châteaude Chambord). We always use the same process to produce it. As always, Chambord is made in Europe. Note: except for matte chrome and chrome colors. The glass, flask and filter can only be washed in a dishwasher. Frame and cover must be hand washed with a non-abrasive sponge.

Borosilicate glass or drop-resistant beaker can be recycled

Chambord Series products can be used for unbreakable borosilicate glass and recyclable tanks. The SAN recyclable beaker is drop resistant and delivers the green French coffee you expect! Both cups are dishwasher safe and do not get cloudy in the dishwasher.

Stainless steel spiral plate

The stainless steel spiral plate keeps the filter in place and ensures water flows through it, but the coffee is not ground. The flexible screw ensures universal fit and at the same time adheres to the manufacturing tolerances of the glass container.

Stainless steel filter plate

The stainless steel filter plate is the main component of Bodum coffee maker. After the fermentation is complete, the coffee beans are separated from the water.
