Dell begins releasing new versions of Latitude laptops. These laptops are designed for business customers, including the new Latitude 9420 and Latitude 9520.

These devices contain an 11th generation Intel vPro chip as well as new features such as an integrated automatic shutter so that the webcam blocks the camera when not in use.

Since the company had to switch to remote work last year, it focused on video conferencing last year. So the new optional webcam system (SafeShutter) is a useful function.

When using the webcam, you can open and close the shutter automatically. There is a mute switch that allows you to manually mute the microphone or camera if needed.

Another major update is the addition of Intel's latest 11th-generation vPro chip, which takes advantage of the latest Intel chipset, including the integration of powerful Iris Xe graphics into the new model.

The updated 14-inch model uses a 2-in-1 pattern with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels or a regular laptop style with a resolution of 1080p.

The main memory is 32 GB and the memory can be configured using a PCIe NVMe solid state drive of up to 1 TB.

The Latitude 9420 comes with a Snapdragon X20 modem for LTE or Snapdragon X55 for 5G and LTE and offers optional support for 5G or LTE networks.

Dell has announced an updated model of its larger 15.6-inch laptop Latitude 9510, which offers the Latitude 9520 similar upgrades, including an automatic shutter for an integrated webcam and an 11th-generation Intel chipset.

Latitude 9420 starts at $ 1,950 and Latitude 9520 has not released pricing information. Both products will be available in the spring.

Dell is also working on an upgrade to its Latitude 7000 and Latitude 5000 series, of which the Latitude 7000 Series will accept the new Latitude 7520 and add 15.6-inch options for the first time.

The new Latitude 7520, Latitude 7420, and Latitude 7320 models also include the new 11th generation Intel chipset and provide up to 32GB of RAM.

There are also new models in the Latitude 5000 series with sizes of 13.3-inch Latitude 5320, 14-inch Latitude 5420, and 15.6-inch Latitude 5520.

The new Latitude 5000 laptop also uses Intel's new 11th-generation chipset, which is built with less aluminum and more plastic.

The Latitude 5000 Series will be available January 12, while the Latitude 7000 Series will be available from $ 999 on March 30.
