| Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3 official images leaked |
Samsung's 2021 foldable phone has surfaced in a new leak showing the design of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3, which are set to be launched later this summer.
The image is from famous leaker Evan Blass (Evan Blass), who posted the image via his official Twitter account, along with additional information about the S-Pen compatible with the Galaxy Z Fold 3.
The first leaked image doesn't show the design of the larger foldable device as it shows the inside of the device (it looks like last year's Galaxy Z Fold 2).
Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Z Fold will support the company's stylus. This news has been reported for several months and previously confirmed due to the new FCC approval of foldable devices.
The second published image shows a small hump of the camera and the new foldable version of the S Pen that helps highlight the new foldable phone.
It has the potential to replace the Galaxy Note in the company's increasingly dense smartphone portfolio.
On the other hand, the Z Flip 3 features a new design that catches the eye even more. With a larger external display and a dual-tone camera system, it's reminiscent of the upgraded design of the Galaxy S21 at the beginning of the year.
Stylus S for Galaxy Z Fold 3
There's a folded version of the text on the side of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 S stylus, but it has the same S Pen design that Samsung sells for the Galaxy S21 Ultra.
The stylus is larger than the stylus on the Galaxy Note smartphone. This is because the Z Fold 3 does not have a built-in pen compartment.
And the combined location could be unique to the Galaxy Note series, at least until the series continues to exist.
There is no new Galaxy Note series this year, but there may be some next year.
The leak also reveals that Samsung is treating the Z Flip and its 5G compatible version, the Z Flip 5G, as a standalone version of the phone.
This makes it possible to name the latest foldable model Z Flip 3, which coincides with the name Z Fold 3.
It is not clear when Samsung will officially launch the Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3. Although the company is planning to host the MWC 2021 event on June 28.
Samsung has promised to introduce the Galaxy ecosystem, try out this new watch, and partner with Google.
