LG's new Tone Free FP wireless earbuds have a whisper mode. You can put the right earphone close to your mouth during a call and use it as a dedicated microphone.
This feature is especially when you don't want to talk so loudly to hear sound from the headphones in your ears.
There are three new headphones in the range - the FP5, FP8 and FP9 - that share a lot of functionality as they all have noise canceling features. Each headset is equipped with three microphones and an IPX4 waterproof rating to withstand water splashes.
The bars are 4.4mm long, shorter than previous LG models, and feature upgraded drivers and diaphragms that the company claims can deliver more bass without sacrificing clarity.
Headphones spatial processing and 3D audio scene provide an audio experience that surrounds the listener.
However, some features are unique to one or two headphones. Primarily reserved for FP9 helmets. Its case can be used as a wireless transmitter so that the headset can be used with non-bluetooth devices.
And use a USB-C to auxiliary cable. The case can be connected to any device, from gaming consoles to in-flight entertainment systems, without the need for a separate Bluetooth adapter.
LG refreshes the wireless listening experience
The FP8 and FP9 headphones use LG's germicidal UV technology. The company said it can kill 99.9% of the bacteria in the earplug mesh within five minutes, reducing the risk of developing an inner ear infection.
The autonomy of these two headphones is also improved compared to the FP5. It can work after 10 hours of charging and up to 24 hours when used with the charging case.
LG's latest headphones are paired with the TONE Free app for even more options. This is achieved through access to the equalizer, ambient sound modes, and custom touch controls. In addition, Find My Earbuds can help you find your headphones if they are lost or misplaced.
The app also has a lab function that allows users to access special settings such as whisper mode and game mode.
The FP8 supports wireless charging. The new LG TONE Free FP series will be available in major markets from this month. It is available in different colors, such as carbon black and pearl white.
