xCloud is fully supported on Xbox Series X

Microsoft's xCloud cloud gaming service is now fully supported for Xbox Series X gaming consoles.

There are currently two major online gaming products and services in the cloud. Stadia from Google and xCloud or Xbox Cloud Gaming from Microsoft.

Microsoft previously used the Xbox One S as the backbone of its cloud gaming services, but this one is more powerful than the one launched in 2013.

The company announced that it has recently completed an upgrade that will improve frame rate and game load times for players who stream Xbox games over the network.

While Microsoft has switched Xbox Cloud Gaming to 1080p 60fps streaming in the past few months, it hasn't fully introduced the Xbox Series X's dedicated 4K streaming capabilities.

It is not known when this will be available. But Microsoft is moving towards offering games on the Xbox cloud, not just mobile devices and browsers.

Microsoft is currently developing a dedicated Xbox app for TVs that will allow Xbox gamers to stream games without a console.

A standalone streaming media device that can be connected to a TV or projector is also provided. Other Xbox Cloud gaming resolution upgrades are likely to keep up with TV trends.

Next step: Play xCloud in 4K

Xbox Cloud Gaming was originally used to play mobile games. But as it will be integrated with the Xbox console and TV soon. It's more than just a mobile device screen.

The company is also committed to adding Xbox Cloud Gaming to the new online Xbox Store that it has started rolling out. We're still waiting to learn more about his plans to bring xCloud technology to Facebook Gaming.

Microsoft recently expanded Xbox Cloud Gaming to Australia, Brazil, Mexico, and Japan. This will be shortly after the Xbox Series X upgrade of the service is complete.

Microsoft's xCloud technology is now available in 26 countries/regions, and the company has previously indicated that it will launch a new Xbox Game Pass subscription offer. So soon we will see more levels that give access to Xbox Cloud Gaming.
