The new Alienware Aurora R13 gaming desktop is equipped with the new 12th generation Intel Alder Lake chipset.
You can choose between a 10-core Core i5-12600KF processor running at 3.7GHz and 3.2GHz, 16-core Core i9-1200KF and a range of NVIDIA graphics cards.
The Aurora R13 is also equipped with a re-engineered Alienware Legend 2.0 chassis which provides more internal space and can enhance better airflow.
It also offers a transparent sidewall option that requires an additional $70 to be paid at the time of purchase. And you can still open the case without tools, just update the components or start customizing.
For AMD, Alienware released the Aurora Ryzen Edition R14 computer that comes with a 16-core AMD Ryzen 9 5950X chip. But the processor is not the only difference in this device.
Although the Aurora R13 is available in black and white, you can only buy the Aurora Ryzen Edition R14 in black.
Despite the chromatic aberration, the Aurora Ryzen R14 version is still equipped with the Legend 2.0 chassis. Owning a 12th Alder Lake Chip
For example, the Aurora R13 can support up to 128GB of DDR5 RAM, while the Aurora Ryzen Edition R14 can support up to 128GB of DDR4 RAM.
The Aurora R13 also gives you the option to install an Alienware Cryo-Tech Special Edition liquid cooler. It contains 120 mm of coolant and a pumping speed of 2800 rpm.

The highest power option for both devices is 750 Watt Platinum. The memory of the Aurora R13 and Aurora Ryzen Edition R14 is the same.
You can choose up to 2TB NVMe M.2 PCIe SSD and 2TB SATA HDD. The Aurora R13 and Aurora Ryzen Edition R14 both come with Windows 11.
The R13 and R14 let you choose between the GeForce RTX 3080, GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, and GeForce RTX 3090.
R13 and R14 models for AMD PCs start at $1,250 and Intel PCs start at $1,480.
Dell also introduced the first XPS desktop computer with a liquid cooling option. The aircraft is also equipped with the 12th generation Alder Lake. It will be available this fall, starting at $919.99.
