I can't say it's bad, but it needed a lot of tweaking. I have been using and selling ASUS computer products for 30 years and have never been disappointed with the quality they provide. Now after using this tablet for a few weeks I can say it was definitely worth it. I've seen name brand tablets sold for 3 or 4 times as much, and I can't figure out what makes them such a great value. I think we must be very heavy user to enjoy this product which is not the function of these products. In most cases, the speed is enough that CPU speed is not an issue. The only thing that bothers me is that it doesn't have an SD card slot to add extra permanent storage. Loading time is very good. I feel like the tablet is a little heavy for me, but it's about 30% bigger than my old tablet and has a bigger battery, so I guess that's to be expected. If something goes wrong, it will find a case for that particular tablet without the brand name. Do you think I said earlier that I don't see anyone being disappointed with this tablet at this price? Just be aware that $119 won't get you a $400 or $500 tablet! I really think I bought a $250 tablet for $119! It might also be worth considering an updated model with a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse since I already own a Chromebook so I don't need it, but consider it a study as a final gift for my nephew.
