The watch has an IP68 water resistance rating of 5 ATM, thus it should be safe to wear when showering, bathing, or swimming. However, the manufacturer warns that prolonged exposure to water can block or damage the watch's speakers and microphone, so use the watch underwater at your own risk. Personally, I take my watch off in the shower, and if I'm wearing a leather strap, sure.
The large 1.96 inch (410 x 502) TFT HD screen is really cool. It is bright, easy to read, and very sensitive to touch. The watch can monitor sleep quality, heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen level (Sp02), as well as track steps and calories burned. Using the health monitor is easy: swipe left until you find the metric you want, tap it, and let the watch do it for about 45 seconds. It vibrates when the reading is complete and displays the reading on the screen. You can view your health measurement history by day/week/month in the Da Fit app. This smart watch also has more than 100 different sports modes such as walking, running, cycling, climbing, hiking, skiing, etc.
Social media notifications and messaging platforms can be linked through the Da Fit app. Once the watch has been added to the app and paired with your phone via Bluetooth, you can also make and receive calls on the watch. I made a few calls with the watch and found the call quality to be good.
There are 6 built-in watch faces, but you can download another 100 watch faces in the Da Fit app. You can also create custom watch faces using the included templates or upload your own photos to use as wallpapers.
The watch's 300mAh battery lasts 7-9 days on a full charge, depending on how often you take your health measurements, complete an exercise routine, or use the watch to make/receive calls. After three full days of use, I was still at 84%.
For the price, I think the ESFOE smartwatch is a great buy and would recommend it. However, I deducted a full star because the listing specifically states that the watch comes with 3 straps, leather, silicone, and metal, but I only received silicone and leather.
