After weeks of anticipation and millions of votes cast by the global Steam community, Valve has officially unveiled the winners of the 2025 Steam Awards. Proving that its challenge is as celebrated as its artistry, Silksong also clinched the "Best Game You Suck At" award. This category, a fan-favorite, honors titles renowned for their demanding gameplay and steep learning curves. This dual victory makes Hollow Knight: Silksong the only title to win multiple awards this year, a testament to its near-universal acclaim and punishingly perfect design.
This outcome was perhaps the ceremony's biggest surprise, as many industry watchers predicted Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 to take the top prize, especially after its strong showing at other award events. While it was edged out for GOTY, the stylish turn-based RPG didn't go home empty-handed, earning a decisive win for Best Soundtrack for its captivating musical score.

ARC Raiders won praise for its Most Innovative Gameplay, the narrative-driven Dispatch was honored as an Outstanding Story-Rich Game, and the charming RV There Yet? offered players the perfect way to Sit Back and Relax.
