Trading Blows with the Galaxy S26 Ultra
So, just how fast is it? On the CPU side, performance is exactly what we’ve come to expect from the Dimensity 9500’s octa-core architecture—which is to say, it’s blazing fast. The Redmi K90 Max is reportedly trading blows with modern flagships like the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, and even the OnePlus 15 (currently available for $899 on Amazon).
That’s rarified air for a device that will likely cost a fraction of those premium handsets. The Geekbench listing also confirms that Xiaomi plans to offer the Redmi K90 Max with up to 16GB of RAM, ensuring that multitasking and gaming feel buttery smooth.
