Nintendo Switch owners who missed out on the first Mario + Rabbids crossover now have a chance to grab it for just a few bucks. Following a steep 90% discount on Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, Ubisoft has now slashed the price of the original Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, the game that started it all.
For those unfamiliar with the series, Kingdom Battle brings together Nintendo's beloved Mario characters and Ubisoft's chaotic Rabbids in a turn-based tactical adventure. Players build a squad and fight their way through multiple worlds, mixing strategic combat with exploration and brain-teasing puzzles. It's an unusual mashup that somehow works brilliantly.
A Surprise Hit That Defied Expectations
When Kingdom Battle launched in 2017 alongside the Nintendo Switch itself, many were shocked that Nintendo would lend its most iconic mascot to an outside studio. The gamble paid off in a big way.
