After unveiling the Vulcan II XP wired gaming keyboard at Gamescom 2026, Turtle Beach has introduced a wireless follow-up: the Vulcan II XP Air. The new full-size wireless mechanical gaming keyboard keeps the core design of the wired model but adds tri-mode connectivity and an AirTrack Gesture Sensor that lets users control media with hand movements.

A mechanical keyboard built for swapping and speed
Under the hood, the Vulcan II XP Air uses pre-lubed Titan HS Red linear switches. These switches actuate at 1.8mm and require 45 grams of switch force, which gives them a light, quick feel. They are also hot-swappable, and the board supports both 5-pin and 3-pin switches. That means you can change the switches later without soldering. Turtle Beach also includes ReacTap functionality, which prioritizes the latest key input. In practice, that helps with rapid repeated presses in games.
