Can the laptop cost $ 2,500? This problem bothers anyone buying Surface Book from 2 to 15 inches from there, and the price only increases when storage space grows (up to $ 3,300). I will try to evaluate Microsoft Surface Book 2 from the perspective of the person who already has other devices and wants one unit to do all the work.
Build quality and functionality
Surface 2 is made of mechanical magnesium. I don't know what magnesium can do for our steel or aluminum, but it looks great. The body is boring. There is no sheen and really fingerprints are not collected.
Fulcrum Joint works fine, even if it just pushes the screen 115 degrees in laptop mode. Every time I open the laptop, I push the laptop back, press the cover and decide that it is still in good shape. Then skip it.
The screen is IPS LCD screen with 3.240 x 2.160 resolution. It features excellent viewing angle, black level, overall contrast, brightness and color.
The included ports are USB-C, two USB 3.1 ports, a full size SD slot, and a separate magnetic charging port. I hope to think of the device's game chipset, which includes HDMI output. There is a headphone jack on the screen / tablet as well as the power and power buttons. In laptop mode, the connector in the upper right corner is very strange. In laptop mode, this means that the power cord is stuck on the keyboard from above. When the tablet is reconnected to the keyboard, it is usually slightly outside the upper left edge when the power button is pressed.
The Removable Tablet Part of Surface Book 2 is activated by the actual Disconnect button. Assuming that no conflicting program is used, it will take about 2 seconds to cut the program. After disconnecting, you can return the screen in studio mode and lock it completely. You can also use the laptop and use the keyboard as a platform. Reconnecting your tablet / screen is relatively easy and automatically detects you have done so. The screen trembles when touched, but not much.
The front and back cameras feature high quality products like Skype, the front camera also has Windows Hello, and Microsoft Lumia 950 has created the latest sad in Windows Hello. Clear the room. I didn't try to solve the image problem, so I can't rate the overall security of this unlock method. It can be deactivated and the PIN or password remains the unlock option.
Surface pen not included. Given the target market segment and the price of the beginner level products, this is very bad. Save options also apply to Chintzy. The docking station for disks and keyboards contains fans. Used to cool Core i7 processor on tablets and GTX 1060 cards at base. Fans were shot during the fierce game, but it was very quiet - much quieter than the Acer Predator Helios 300 you used in the game.

Surface pin
After purchasing a Surface pen, there are many things you can do with the pen. The pen can be used as an operating system pen. The pen can select documents and web pages using the Edge browser. Of course, you can draw the corresponding program and draw it with a pen. There are free trial versions like SketchBook and Drawboard PDF. Free in-store apps like Microsoft Paint Fresh and Paint 3D are also available. Several note taking apps are also available, and each Microsoft Office suite is compatible with pen capture.
When using drawing and drawing properly, get very close to using paper and pencil. Just because it looks different, there will be a learning curve, but it's easy and there is almost no delay in using the Surface Pen. I tested Arkham Knight on this laptop. Play with the most impressive setting of 1920 x 1440. Integrated system tests showed that the average frame rate is 56 fps without updating the nVidia "graphics" graphics card. The average frame rate when fully activated is 35 fps (while maintaining interactive smoke, light, and rain). Improvement to 53 fps. This is a very good set of frame rates, above Acer Predator Helios 300 rates, which operate with a maximum setting of 1920 x 1080 (48fps and 42fps restart and deactivate or reactivate frames). Update: I added a 400GB microSD card and inserted it into a full (but not deep) SD card slot with BaseQi adapter. When using an SSD volume, the load time is longer, but frankly, not everyone matches the use of the hard drive as storage. My two caveats are the lack of surface pens and the lack of storage space. To get the most out of this laptop, you have to save both, which means you have to spend hundreds of dollars on pens and external storage solutions. Based on these considerations, I would give Surface Book 2 a 4-star rating. If the pen is full and the price of SSD is 512 GB, then 5 stars is on the way. This is a great device
