The Xerox Documentate XDM31255M-WU desktop color scanner quickly converts documents, plastic cards and forms into digital files and then stores them securely on a computer or cloud that is easily accessible when you need them on another day. This desktop scanner can scan up to 48ppm at 300dpi on both sides and has a 50-page automatic document feeder (ADF) that can handle everything from business cards to A4 / letter documents. The space requirements for this duplex scanner are very small at only 11.20 x 6.5 x 6.7 inches (width x depth x height). You can quickly organize a paper document by converting it into searchable PDFs for sharing, organizing, and protecting. This color scanner enables users to scan to their "destination" at the touch of a button and overrides the many steps normally required to save a scanned document in a popular file format. Simply select one of the presets (9) (user configurable) and the document will be deleted with the correct settings for resolution, color, crop, and file format. The final image can be sent to almost any application, folder or device with almost any button. This allows you to scan documents with the correct settings to ensure accuracy, color, cropping and file formatting, and transfer them to almost any application or folder. ADF is designed to manage business cards, plastic ID cards and documents in A4 / Letter format.
