Archer C8, five-year-old, has been replaced mainly due to lower prices in Amazon warehouses. Installation using the Nighthawk app is very simple and different from my long adventure on my first router in 2003. It offers the ability to keep old network name and password for simple and automatic connection to all devices. It works with more than 20 devices, except for the Sonos speaker, which must be reset on every new router.
I particularly like automatic updates, so I don’t need to think about them. Although I noticed a slight increase in speed, the router should accommodate all new hardware and internet providers.
