Valve has turned off SteamVR support for macOS

Valve announced that SteamVR virtual reality service no longer supports macOS from Apple, but the old frame is still in beta.

Three years after the release of the Mac version, Valve (Steam) developers and managers have announced that they will no longer support SteamVR for Macs. He said: "SteamVR has stopped supporting OSX so our team can focus on Windows and Linux." He added: "We recommend OSX users to continue subscribing to SteamVR branch to access the old version."

By right-clicking SteamVR in Steam and then selecting Properties and Beta, users can sign up to access the old version of SteamVR.
