Check the durability test for Huawei P40 Pro

One of the famous YouTube channels - specialized in durability tests - Huawei P40 Pro has been subjected to a number of tests, such as: burning and bending, as well as scratching with sharp tools.

JerryRigEverything is known as one of the "most extreme" channels in durability testing and has received Huawei P40 Pro. Due to U.S. sanctions against Huawei, the product is not sold in the U.S.

When JerryRigEverything started testing, I first rubbed the screen with a sharp metal object that could withstand intentional scratching from the sixth level. At the seventh level, scratching was clearly displayed on the screen.

Since the phone frame is made of a layer of aluminum, scraping with an abrasive can remove only the colored layer, and the back of the phone, also protected by glass, can also be scraped from the scraper with an abrasive.

Although the glass is not as easy to break as the metal or plastic, JerryRigEverything's attempt to bend the device has failed, like the latest flagship Huawei phones. The glass protection of the front and back cameras has resisted removing spaces, but the rear camera system frame is easy to scratch except for the aluminum frame.

When it comes to the burning test, the Huawei P40 Pro is strong enough to withstand the arson of the screen, as screen pixels recover after 30 seconds of flame exposure.

An impressive feature of this channel is the flexibility of the fingerprint sensor under the screen after scratching it with a sharp metal object so it can operate normally after the seventh stage.

It is worth noting that Huawei released its mobile phone (Huawei P40 Pro) and my mobile phone (Huawei P40) and (Huawei P40 Pro Plus) on March 26 last year.
