| Samsung launches Odyssey screen for new games |
The South Korean giant announced the price of the new Odyssey gaming screen today, as Samsung will sell the new screen on July 13 at a starting price of $ 699.99.
Samsung unveiled its Odyssey 2020 screen earlier this year at CES. Today, the company will publish screen price details and their availability in the market.
Samsung introduced a unique 49-inch Odyssey G9 screen and a 27 or 32-inch Odyssey G7 screen. Odyssey G9 is equipped with a QLED display with a resolution of 5120 x 1440 pixels and a brightness of 1000 nit. Odyssey G7 has a width of 2560 inches. 1,440 pixels, 600 nits, fast 1ms response, 240Hz refresh rate.
The new Odyssey display features a unique blue backlight and a unique curvature design giving players a better viewing experience. On the other hand, the back of the Odyssey G9 has a stylish white design, while the Odyssey G7 is black.
The 49-inch Odyssey G9 screen costs $ 1,699.99, the 32-inch Odyssey G7 screen costs $ 799.99, and the 27-inch Odyssey G7 screen costs $ 699 and $ 99. The new screen will be available on July 13.
