| Realme announces the launch of the Realme Watch S |
Realme announced its first smartwatch (Realme Watch) in May last year and has now announced the new Realme WatchS.
The new Realme Watch S introduces a 1.3-inch circular screen that has a resolution of 360 x 360 and has an optical sensor that can automatically adjust the brightness to the ambient light.
The screen is protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass. Although the company has not announced its glass version, it is being considered due to its use of Realme Watch (Gorilla Glass 3).
Realme Watch ships at 12 o'clock. Although the company (Realme) has not revealed the number of faces of Realme Watch S, it says: 100 faces per watch will be created in the coming months.
The ring box for Realme Watch S is made of aluminum with two buttons on the right side, while the bracelet is made of liquid silicone and is available in four colors: blue, orange, green and black. The watch is available in the latest color, but other colors are sold separately.
Like the Realme watch, the new watch is also equipped with a heart rate sensor and a SpO2 sensor. The watch also has 16 sport modes including: stationary bike and rowing.
Similar to other smartwatches, the main features of Realme Watch S include sleep monitoring, call rejection, smart notifications, music, and camera control.
The watch complies with the IP68 standard for water resistance and dust protection, which means it will last for half an hour under 1.5 meters of water and is therefore not suitable for use in the shower or swimming.
The battery included with the watch has a capacity of 390mAh, which can normally be used for 15 days.
Realme Watch S will go on sale in Pakistan from November 14th. The price is equivalent to 95 dollars. There is no information available on when the watch will be sold in other markets.
