Sony hopes to bring the popular PlayStation games to mobile phones

Sony plans to take a big step forward in mobile gaming, and the largest PlayStation game is the key to the effort.

The announcement of the Chief Mobile role at PlayStation Studios shows the focus plan to successfully adapt to PlayStation's most popular mobile licensing.

The company has long tried to bring the PlayStation brand to mobile phones, although it hasn't achieved much success.

In addition to the limited number of games, Sony's most famous attempt is Xperia Play, a commercially unsuccessful PlayStation phone.

This phone was released in 2011 and contains 60 games, some of them from the classic PlayStation games, including Cool Boarders 2, Destruction Derby, MediEvil, and Siphon Filter.

The job advertisement says: The roadmap must be developed within three to five years, and growth targets, resource requirements and performance indicators must be defined.

Sony has a portable game publisher called PlayStation Mobile, which has things like PlayStation Apps, PS Remote Play, and Run Sackboy! Classes! , The Uncharted: The Fortune Hunter Puzzle and God of War | See Mimir and a number of PlayLink games such as "Hidden Agenda" and "Erica".
