ANCEL AD530 Automotive OBD2 Scanner Vehicle Code Reader Diagnostic Scan Tool with Enhanced Code Definitions and Enhanced Graphical Battery Status

The ANCEL AD530 OBD2 Car Scanner is designed for professional mechanics and home users. It supports full OBD mode and has a special battery test function that allows you to monitor the battery status in real time. It supports lifetime free updates, and our technical team keeps updating its database and software. You don't have to worry about fluency, we use a new generation 32MB flash memory stick with our unique "Help" button to help you understand complex business vocabulary and provide a guarantee of a smooth user experience.

Live broadcast and still image data

The live data stream can display specific vehicle elements in real time to monitor the condition of your vehicle, for example, engine rpm, speed, coolant temperature, voltage, etc. Freeze frame data may be a single record of a particular set of operating conditions. It provides a quick look at all your car problems and helps you repair your car in time.

EVAP test

The EVAP Test function allows you to initiate a leak test of the vehicle's EVAP system. The OBD2 Diagnostic Tool does not perform a leak test, but rather signals the onboard computer to start the test. Before using the system test function, consult the vehicle service manual to determine the procedure required to complete the test.

On-board monitoring and O2 sensors

Monitor the condition of the vehicle and check the condition of the oxygen sensor in time. If the O2 sensor is faulty: significantly lower fuel consumption and performance; irregular operation that does not improve after replacing the spark plugs and connecting wires; Corrupted spark plugs and heavy engine running (black smoke, soot around the exhaust).

I am ready

It features an I/M Standby hot-switch design that provides quick access to Emissions Standby, helping the engine to operate as efficiently as possible while producing the lowest possible emissions.

Improved graphical battery test function

Discover real-time 12V battery data and view battery charts varying from 8V to 18V. The discharge voltage of ordinary batteries is about 12V, the operating voltage is generally 7.5V-9.5V, and the charging voltage is about 14V.If the battery is in poor condition, our technical team recommends that the battery be monitored and replaced.

Compare to other regular code readers:

An improved battery detection function enables automatic monitoring of the vehicle's battery using a reliable, real-time graphical data model, rather than displaying results directly on the screen as with a regular code reader.

1. Why is the car hitch wrong?

A: Please check if the ignition switch is on. Make sure the scan tool connector is securely connected to the vehicle's DLC. Stop the engine, wait about 10 seconds, restart the engine and continue the test. Make sure the console is not damaged. Please update the latest software from the ANCEL website.

2. Why is there no reaction after the instrument is inserted?

A: Connect the computer and check if the scanner is damaged. Make sure the scan tool connector is securely connected to the vehicle's DLC. Check for bent or damaged DLC pins. Clean the DLC pins if necessary. Check the car battery to make sure it is at least 8.0 volts.

3. Why does the scanner stop scanning?

  • In rare cases, the scanner may suddenly freeze. If the scan tool freezes, an exception has occurred, or the vehicle's ECU is too slow to respond to a request.
  • A: Unplug the scanner, turn off the engine, wait about 10 seconds, reinsert the scanner, restart the engine and continue testing.
