Note:
Please do not put water directly on the base. If the humidifier is not working properly (eg: the humidifier will not start, no steam will come out, etc.), most problems can be solved by following these instructions:
1- When cleaning or emptying the base or tank, be careful that water does not enter the air outlet.
2. When assembling the mist tube after cleaning, be sure to align the mist outlet. Do not block the mist outlet.
3. Clean the adapter and spacer ring regularly to ensure that the mist can be discharged properly. Please refer to the product parts drawings manual
4. When cleaning the humidifier, follow the removal and reinstallation instructions in the manual to ensure that the mist is emitted properly.
