I originally wanted to return the Razer 14, but ended up keeping it. It's a great machine, but it has some annoying flaws.
feature:
* Very fast. Upgrading from an Ultrabook laptop is easy. I've upgraded internally to 64GB of RAM, which should last a long time.
*Very thin considering the ingredients. There is no similar product on the market.
* Beautiful bright screen and very good keyboard.
*Razer light customization is useless but fun :D
shortening:
*Very cheap case screws. I had to use a Dremel tool to open the case and move on to a better tool. WTF, Razer, are you thinking about buying a $4,000 device?
*No touch screen. I understand, I just don't like it. For my work, I prefer a good touchscreen rather than a 240Hz touchscreen.
*Touchpad only. Specifically, it's a huge touchpad with only a small angle for right-clicking, which is a problem in Windows.
*The power brick is ridiculously large and the USB-C PD only charges at 50W, which is frustrating since the computer uses a lot of power under load. I use 100+ watt cables and chargers, but I can't get my laptop to consume more than 50 watts.
*No dedicated limit switch. Yes, you're right about having FN, but it's more annoying than I expected ;)
I almost had to return the laptop after a fiasco when I tried to open the box, and to be honest I was concerned about reliability given the choice of some of these components, but overall I feel like a keeper. I really like that it is almost portable but very powerful for my daily work and gaming.
