This laptop boots up in 15 seconds. This laptop is not intended for gaming, but it can run GTA V on medium settings. Not the best for gaming, but perfect for movies or office work. If you want to watch movies or play games, I recommend using headphones. The built-in speakers sound good, but don't have enough volume. The lid is easy to open and close, and magnets in the corners keep the lid closed. The ad for this laptop accurately describes many of the things I love about it. Such as its size, weight, and ease of use. This is a very good laptop and the best laptop I have ever personally used. The laptop has an opening on the front near the air vents. The backrest is raised about 1/8 inch to allow ventilation holes to let in fresh air. The most important cooling holes are located at the back of the laptop in the lid hinge area. LG provides software to control this laptop. The program also includes an immigration program.
I haven't booted this laptop yet, but according to the BIOS, it has a second NVME slot for an additional drive.
There are some things I don't like, but nothing major. The backlit keyboard is controlled via the LG app and there are no keyboard shortcuts unless you create one. The sound quality of the headphones is very good, but the bass is lacking.
Next comes cosmetics. When I took the laptop out of the box, I noticed a white chip in the left corner of the lid. Making things thinner and lighter requires a thin layer of paint. I pray that this chip does not indicate that the paint did not adhere well to the bare surface. Time will tell if it gets bigger.
However, there are chips in the paint and lack of scale. I really like this laptop. I give thumbs up.
