Key Specs and Performance
This 26.5-inch gaming monitor sports a beautiful OLED panel with a resolution of 2560 x 1440. While its resolution is nothing special, the LG 27GX790A's refresh rate of a whopping 480 Hz makes it a solid choice for fast-paced gaming and competitive e-sports titles.
With a peak brightness of 1,300 nits in small areas, HDR performance should be simply excellent, as corroborated by TomsHardware's detailed review of the monitor. However, full-screen brightness peaks out at only 250 nits, which necessitates a controlled lighting environment for the best experience.
